Rose Arbor Townhome in Valencia CA (Santa Clarita Valley)

Valencia is a planned community located in Los Angeles County, California in the northwestern corner of the Santa Clarita Valley, adjacent to Interstate 5. Valencia's residential areas are separated into villages. Almost all of Valencia's villages are close to schools, shopping, etc. In many of the villages, homeowner's associations oversee the quality and upkeep of housing developments ranging in size from a few dozen homes to over a thousand.

The Rose Arbor Town Home community is in the Northbridge Village, in the heart of Valencia. It consists of clusters of 102 attached town homes in Valencia, CA (within the Santa Clarita Valley.)

There are three models of town homes in the Cheyennes:
Model One is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath town home with 592 square feet of living space.
Model Two is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath town home with 812 square feet of living space.
Model Three is a 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath town home with 863 square feet of living space.

Rose Arbor town homes have a small enclosed patio/yard, beautifully landscaped walkways and attached garages. The community also has a pool, spa, and immediate access to miles of nature walking trails and local parks.
